The Welsh Government agreed to provide:

 

·         A note on the scope of the Ministerial Task Force established to address progress in achieving the Welsh Housing Quality Standard, including a list of its membership.

·         A note on the recommendations of the review of the regulatory framework by the Regulatory Board for Wales, including details of how this addresses the delivery of recommendations made by the Committee in its report.

·         Case studies of good practice being undertaken as a result of work carried out by the Community Benefits Task and Finish group.
