2.2 The Committee scrutinised the witnesses.

Action points:

The Welsh Government agreed to provide:

·         A note on the scope of the Ministerial Task Force established to address progress in achieving the Welsh Housing Quality Standard, including a list of its membership.

·         A note on the recommendations of the review of the regulatory framework by the Regulatory Board for Wales, including details of how this addresses the delivery of recommendations made by the Committee in its report.

·         Case studies of good practice being undertaken as a result of work carried out by the Community Benefits Task and Finish group.

7.1 The Committee discussed the update provided by the Welsh Government on ‘Progress in delivering the Welsh Housing Quality Standard’.

7.2 The Committee agreed to write to the Welsh Government.

5.1 The Committee commented on and agreed a report of its inquiry into ‘Progress in delivering the Welsh Housing Quality Standard’, which would be considered further via email.

2.1 The Committee commented on its draft report ‘Progress in delivering the Welsh Housing Quality Standard’ and agreed to consider further at its meeting on 17 July 2012.

5.1 The Committee discussed the key issues and emerging themes of its inquiry into Progress in delivering the Welsh Housing Quality Standard.
