3.1 The witnesses responded to questions from Members of the Committee.

3.2 The Minister for Economy, Science and Transport agreed to return to Committee for further scrutiny on the outcome of her discussions with the Secretary of State for Transport as regards the funding of rail electrification.

3.3 The Minister for Economy, Science and Transport agreed to update Members on the timetable for rail electrification in north Wales.

3.4 The Minister for Economy, Science and Transport agreed to update Members when she has more information on the incident in north Wales with a faulty door on a train.

3.5 The Minister for Economy, Science and Transport offered to provide a paper for Committee on the development of ports infrastructure in the context of city regions.
