To propose that the Senedd, in accordance
with section 3 of, and paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Schedule to, the National
Assembly for Wales Commissioner for Standards Measure 2009 delegates the making
of arrangements for the recruitment of the Commissioner for Standards (but not
the appointment of the person so identified) to the Clerk of the Senedd.
