To propose that
the Senedd, in accordance with Standing Order 29.6 agrees that provisions in
the Corporate Insolvency and Governance Bill in so far as they fall within the
legislative competence of the Senedd, should be considered by the UK
Parliament.
A Legislative
Consent Memorandum has been laid in the Table Office on 2 June 2020 in
accordance with Standing Order 29.2.

legislative competence of the Senedd, should be considered by the UK

Office on 2 June 2020 in accordance with Standing Order 29.2.

Minutes:
Business Committee agreed not to refer the LCM
to a committee for scrutiny, given the pace at which the Bill is expected to move
through its UK Parliamentary scrutiny stages and that the debate is scheduled
for this Wednesday.
The Trefnydd informed Business Managers that
the debate is scheduled for 30 minutes rather than the usual 15 minutes to take
into account the absence of committee scrutiny in this instance.
