Wales:
Welcomes the Ministerial Advisory Group’s first
Annual Report of the Improving Outcomes for Children programme.

of children taken into care is the result of a number of complex factors,
including intergenerational poverty and austerity.

Calls for the re-engineering of the system to
focus resources on prevention to protect children and improve their outcomes.
