2.1  Under standing order 17.24A, Dai Lloyd AM, Committee Chair declared an interest as a GP who has paid medical indemnity in the past whilst working as a doctor.

2.2  In accordance with standing order 26.21 the Committee considered and disposed of the following amendments to the Bill:

Amendment 1 (Angela Burns) was withdrawn with the Committee’s agreement.

Amendment 2 (Angela Burns) was withdrawn with the Committee’s agreement.

2.3  The Chair confirmed that all sections and schedules of the Bill have been deemed agreed.  As such Stage 2 proceedings have been completed.
