Minutes:
The
Committee considered the proposed negative instruments and was content. With
regard to pNeg(5)08, The Flood and Water (Amendment) (England and Wales) (EU
Exit) Regulations 2019, the Committee agreed to write to the Minister to ask for
a more thorough explanation of why the regulations are to be made on an England
and Wales basis.
