The following
amendments have been tabled:

Notes:
a) the report’s key recommendations regarding
the public sector equality duty; and
b) the recommendation in the External Affairs
and Additional Legislation Committee and the Equality, Local Government and
Communities Committee letter to the First Minister for the Welsh Government to
outline its latest position on the introduction of the socio-economic duty.

Regrets the end of the Welsh independent
living grant and believes that local government cannot provide the equivalent
level of financial support due to the Welsh Government's cuts.
