The Committee considered correspondence from Cardiff and Vale University Health Board, together with further comments from the petitioner and, in light of the Health Board’s rejection of the application to close the Centre and the satisfaction expressed by the petitioner, agreed to close the petition.

The Committee considered the petition for the first time and agreed to write to the Chair of Cardiff and Vale University Health Board to follow up correspondence referred to by the Cabinet Secretary for Health and Social Services, and seek a response to the issues raised by the petition.
