Legislative Consent Motion on the Non-domestic Rating (Nursery Grounds) Bill

To propose that the
National Assembly for Wales, in accordance with Standing Order 29.6, agrees
that provisions in the Non-Domestic Rating (Nursery Grounds) Bill, relating to
non-domestic rates, insofar as they fall within the legislative competence of
the National Assembly for Wales, should be considered by the UK Parliament.
A Legislative
Consent Memorandum has been laid
in Table Office on 7 June 2018 in accordance with Standing Order 29.2.
