Agricultural Wages Order update
Minutes:
Members
received an update on this issue from the legal advisor. Members noted that the Constitutional and
Legislative Affairs Committee had reported on the Order. The Committee agreed
to write to the Cabinet Secretary about two issues arising from the Order. The Committee
also agreed to undertake further work on this subject during 2019.

Minutes:
The
Committee considered the instrument along with the Government response and will
report to the Assembly in line with the reporting points identified.
The
Committee agreed to write to the Government for further clarification on the breach
of the 21 day rule.
