The Committee considered the instrument and will report to the Assembly in line with the merit point identified.

The Committee agreed to include an additional point for reporting relating to an anomaly between the regulations and the explanatory memorandum relating to compliance of PACE Codes. The Committee would welcome a government response to that point.
