Minutes:
2.1
The Committee scrutinised the First Minister on the food and drink industry in
Wales, particularly in respect of the impact of Brexit and the impact of
possible future trade arrangements.
2.2
The First Minister agreed to provide further information to the Committee on:

whether
the Welsh Government could provide further support for companies to attend
Welsh Government led, overseas Trade Missions, including whether the first
visit could be free; and
·
how
to support the supply of Welsh products to large retailers.
2.3
The First Minister agreed to give further consideration to designating Food and
Drink as a tourism theme for a future year.
