Legislative Consent Motion on the Assaults on Emergency Workers (Offences) Bill

To propose that the National Assembly for Wales, in accordance with
Standing Order 29.6, agrees that provisions in the Assaults on Emergency
Workers (Offences) Bill, in so far as they fall within the legislative
competence of the National Assembly for Wales, should be considered by the UK
Parliament.
A Legislative Consent Memorandum has been laid
in Table Office on 7 December 2017 in accordance with Standing Order 29.2.
