Legislative Consent Motion on the EU (Withdrawal) Bill

To
propose that the National Assembly for Wales, in accordance with Standing Order
29.6, agrees that provisions in the European Union (Withdrawal) Bill in so far
as they fall within or modify the legislative competence of the National
Assembly for Wales should continue to be considered by the UK Parliament.
A
Legislative Consent Memorandum was laid
in Table Office on 12 September 2017 and a Supplementary Legislative Consent
Memorandum was laid
in the Table Office on 27 April 2018 in accordance with Standing Order 29.2.
