Committee considered the instrument and will report to the Assembly.
The
Committee agreed to write to the Business Minister and relevant Cabinet
Secretaries concerning the use of the words ‘should’ and must’ in the Code and
in the Statutory Guidance – Historic Environment Records in Wales.
