·         a timeline outlining when she expects evidence of the outcomes arising from her Care Home review ‘requirements for action’ to be provided;

·         a list of the actions and follow-up work in the field of residential care that she intends to consolidate in due course.

2.2 The Commissioner agreed to share with the Committee a report of research being undertaken by Swansea University on care home closures, further information on meaningful consultation and a report of a visit by her office to consider the 2007 Adult Support and Protection Act in Scotland.
