note on the implications of the new general designation for public procurement
that the Welsh Government has secured from the UK Government.

The
Minister offered to respond in writing to Mohammad Asghar’s question about
whether the NHS could save money by upgrading expensive machinery, rather than
replacing it when relatively new, but obsolete due to technological advances.
