Add as new point to end of motion:
Calls on the
Welsh Government to resolve to implement the report's recommendations, and in
particular those relating to:
a) improving
children's experiences of mental health care;
b) introducing
a national approach to statutory advocacy as a matter of priority; and
c)
strengthening the registration requirements of elective home education.

Calls for responsibility for the Children's Commissioner for Wales to be
transferred to the National Assembly for Wales.
