3.1 The Commissioner for Standards spoke to his paper on the current lobbying regime and also on the position in the United Kingdom and answered Members questions.

3.2 Members considered the paper and agreed to:

·       Issue a written consultation on the lobbying regime and

·       Write to the Welsh Government to advise of the consultation and convey the Committee’s views that the Government may wish to review the Ministerial Code in relation to lobbying.
