Legislative Consent Motion on the UK Trade Union Bill

To
propose that the National Assembly for Wales, in accordance with Standing Order
29.6 agrees that provisions in the Trade Union Bill, relating to an additional ballot
threshold requirement for industrial action in 'important public services',
trade union facility time and 'check-off' arrangements in so far as they fall
within the legislative competence of the National Assembly for Wales, should be
considered by the UK Parliament.
A
Legislative Consent Memorandum has been laid in Table Office on 20 November
2015 in accordance with Standing Order 29.2(i) and (iii).
