pathfinder induction programmes which supports newly qualified teachers who are
employed as short term supply teachers.

the Children, Young People and Education Committee had expressed an interest in
undertaking an inquiry into this issue.

Members noted that the Welsh Government’s response to the Auditor General’s
Report will be available in July.
