Legislative Consent Motion on the Public Services (Social Enterprise and Social Value) Bill
NDM4857 Jane Hutt (Vale of Glamorgan)
To propose that the National Assembly for Wales, in accordance with
Standing Order 29.6 agrees that provisions relating to the improvement of
economic, social and environmental well-being through public contracts in the
Public Services (Social Enterprise and Social Value) Bill, as introduced in the
House of Commons on 30 June 2010, in so far as they fall within the legislative
competence of the National Assembly for Wales, should be considered by the UK
Parliament.
