The Committee considered this petition and agreed to close
the petition, given that:
The broader
issue had been addressed by the Environment and Sustainability Committee’s
Report on Energy Planning and Policy in Wales, which had been published in June
2012; and
The Petitions Committee would soon publish a report on petition
P-04-341 relating to Waste and Incineration.
The Committee agreed that the petitioners should be notified once
that report is published.
