To propose that the
National Assembly for Wales:
Notes the Welsh
Government’s commitment to ensure that there is a wide range of advice and
initiatives to encourage and support entrepreneurship and start-up businesses
in Wales.
The following amendments were tabled:

Insert as new point 1 and renumber:
'Expresses concern that many new businesses in Wales rely
on bank overdrafts and credit cards as primary sources of funding to cover cash
flow problems for day to day activities.'
