Purpose:

Food Hygiene Rating (Wales) Bill, a Government Bill, introduced by Lesley Griffiths, Minister for Health and Social Services. The Business Committee remitted the Bill to the Health and Social Care Committee.

About the Bill

The Food Hygiene Rating (Wales) Bill includes provision for food authorities to operate a food hygiene rating scheme and places a duty on food businesses to display their food hygiene rating at their establishment.
