Add as a new point at the end of motion:
Calls on the Welsh Government to work with the UK Government to ensure that
the Children’s Commissioner for Wales has responsibility for both devolved and
non-devolved issues relating to children in Wales.
Amendment 1 was agreed in accordance with Standing Order 12.36.

and that youth services are undervalued; and
b) calls for a national commitment to recognise
the value of youth work.
