To propose that the National Assembly for
Wales:
Notes progress in implementing "Together
for Health".
The following
amendments were tabled:
Amendment 1 - Jocelyn Davies (South Wales East)
Insert at end of motion:
"and calls on the Welsh Government to:
a) demonstrate full accountability for the NHS;
and
b) clearly outline the financial and clinical
reasons for any hospital reconfiguration proposals.
The amendment was agreed in accordance with Standing Order 12.36.

Notes that the Welsh Government's 'Together for Health' agenda includes
plans to reduce the number of hospital sites providing 24/7 consultant-led
accident and emergency services.
