the UK Government to legislate on an issue which could normally fall within the
competence of the Assembly.

To propose that the
National Assembly for Wales, in accordance with Standing Order 29.6 agrees that
provisions in the Enterprise Bill, relating to amendments to the Regulatory
Enforcement and Sanctions Act 2008 in respect of the Primary Authority scheme
and amendments to the Legislative and Regulatory Reform Act 2006 in respect of
the regulators' principles and code in so far as they fall within the
legislative competence of the National Assembly for Wales, should be considered
by the UK Parliament.
The motion was agreed in accordance with
Standing Order 12.36.
