propose that the National Assembly for Wales:
1.
Regrets that levels of litter, dog fouling, fly-tipping and graffiti continue
to blight many local communities across Wales.
2.
Calls on the Welsh Government to work with local authorities to explore
increasing penalties for environmental crime.
3.
Recognises the role that recycling can play in minimising waste and ensuring
cleaner communities across Wales and urges the Welsh Government to explore
innovative solutions to further promote recycling.
