To propose that the National Assembly for Wales:
1. Notes that the UK Government has halved the deficit as a share of
GDP;
2. Recognises that there are an extra 41,000 people in work in Wales
compared with 2010 and the UK was the fastest growing country in the G7 in
2014; and
3. Calls on the Welsh Government to
contribute to the UK Government's long-term economic plan to invest in
infrastructure and create the conditions for private sector growth to create
jobs and prosperity.

Welsh economy of the UK Government's decision to raise the income tax threshold
to £10,500, resulting in 1.2 million Welsh workers seeing their income tax cut
by £800, with 153,000 taken out of paying income tax altogether.
