To propose that the National Assembly for Wales agrees, in accordance
with section 9(6) of the Public Bodies Act 2011, and Standing Order 30A.10,
that the Secretary of State makes The Public Bodies (Abolition of the Advisory
Committees on Pesticides) Order 2015, in accordance with the draft laid in
Table Office on 16 December 2014.
The motion was agreed in accordance with Standing Order 12.36.
