To propose that the National Assembly for Wales:
Notes the Together for Mental Health Annual Report
(2013-14), sent to Assembly Members on 6 January 2015.
The following amendments were tabled:
Amendment 1 - Paul Davies (Preseli Pembrokeshire)
Add as new point at end of motion:
Notes the evidence received by the Children, Young
People and Education Committee, during its inquiry into Child and Adolescent Mental
Health Services (CAMHS), concerning the increased pressure on the service and
its capacity to meet demand.
Amendment 1 was agreed in accordance with Standing
Order 12.36.
Amendment 2 - Paul Davies (Preseli Pembrokeshire)
Add as new point at end of motion:
Calls on the Welsh Government to:
a) take urgent action to improve access to CAMHS
services; and
b) undertake an assessment of funding for CAMHS in
Wales to ensure the service is sufficiently resourced to meets the needs of
young people across the country.

Further calls on the Welsh Government to ensure
that patients in receipt of mental health services are provided with thorough
