Purpose:
The Wales Act
2014 made changes to the electoral arrangements for the National Assembly
for Wales, gave effect to many of the recommendations set out in the first
report of the Commission on Devolution in Wales (Silk Commission) and made a
number of technical changes to the Government of Wales Act 2006 and other
legislation in order to update the operation of the devolution settlement in
Wales.

To propose that the National Assembly for Wales, in
accordance with Standing Order 29.6, agrees that provisions in the Wales Bill
which modify the legislative competence of the Assembly should be considered by
the UK Parliament.
The motion was agreed in accordance with Standing Order
12.36.
