To propose that the National Assembly for
Wales:
1. Believes that a mixed-use high street and
appropriate night-time economy is key to ensuring the survival of the Welsh
high-street;
2. Notes the link between tourism, heritage and
regeneration;
3. Calls on the Welsh Government to ensure that
there is a joined up approach to regeneration between local authorities,
business improvement districts and development projects.
