To propose that the National Assembly for Wales:
1. Recognises that the values,
principles and vision set out in "Sustainable Social Services for Wales: A
Framework for Action" are the key to delivering on our ambition for social
services in Wales; and
2. Notes the Welsh Government’s commitment to developing and leading the change programme required to ensure that social services continue to meet the needs and aspirations of our citizens.
