propose that the National Assembly for Wales:
Welcomes the Welsh Government's plans to reform the
funding of part-time higher education and to provide fairer funding for
part-time students ordinarily resident in Wales.
The following amendments were tabled:

Delete ‘Welcomes’ and replace with ‘Notes

Calls on the Welsh Government to ensure that the aim of
this reform is to treat part and full-time students as equals.

Calls on the Welsh Government to consult fully with
higher education institutions when assessing the impact of any changes to
