propose that the National Assembly for Wales:
1.
Notes the importance of infrastructure investment in terms of procurement,
apprenticeships, employment and small businesses within the Welsh economy;
2.
Recognises the negative impact to the Welsh economy of cuts to the capital
budget in the 2010 Comprehensive Spending Review; and
3.
Calls for the protection of the capital budget for Wales in the forthcoming
Comprehensive Spending Review.
