To
propose that the National Assembly for Wales, in accordance with Standing Order
29.6, agrees that provisions of the Children and Families Bill, relating to
amendments to the Children Act 1989 (section 31A (4A)) and sections 125 to 131
of the Adoption and Children Act 2002 in so far as they fall within the
legislative competence of the National Assembly for Wales should be considered
by the UK Parliament.
The motion was agreed in accordance with
Standing Order 12.36.
