the Government of Wales Act 2006. The Business
Committee, which is chaired by the Presiding Officer, may choose to make
recommendations on the procedure of the Senedd, including any proposals for
revising Standing Orders.

To propose that the
National Assembly for Wales, in accordance with Standing Order 17.2T, resolves
that Standing Orders 17.2A to 17.2S (election of committee chairs) shall not
apply in relation to the Committee for the Scrutiny of the First Minister.
The motion was
agreed in accordance with Standing Order 12.36.
