To propose that the National Assembly for Wales:
1. Calls on the Welsh Government to:
a) Establish a comprehensive person-centred
Cancer Plan to:
i) set clear targets on making the best available
treatment available to everybody in Wales regardless of the type of cancer they
have or where they live;
ii) develop clear plans for detecting cancer
earlier in Wales.
iii) ensure holistic support is provided for those
living with cancer and their families from the moment they suspect they have
cancer, during and beyond treatment as well as at the end of life;
b) Establish a Cancer Drugs Fund; and
c) Develop a plan to support cancer survivors.
