The consent of the National Assembly for Wales was sought by the UK Government to Legislate on an issue which could normally fall within the competence of the Assembly.

To propose that the National Assembly for Wales, in
accordance with Standing Order 29.6 agrees that amendments to the Small Business,
Enterprise and Employment Bill, relating to home business tenancies in so far
as they fall within the legislative competence of the National Assembly for
Wales, should be considered by the UK Parliament.
A Supplementary Legislative Consent Memorandum
(Memorandum no. 2) has been laid in Table Office on 7 November 2014 in
accordance with Standing Order 29.2(iii).
A Revised Supplementary Legislative Consent
Memorandum (Memorandum no. 2) has been laid in Table Office on 8 January 2015
in accordance with Standing Order 29.2(iii).
