propose that the National Assembly for Wales agrees, in accordance with section
11(1) of the Legislative and Regulatory Reform Act 2006, and Standing Order
30A.10, that the Secretary of State makes the Legislative Reform (Payments by
Parish Councils, Community Councils and Charter Trustees) Order 2013, in
accordance with the draft laid in Table Office on 12 November 2013.
The Statutory Instrument Consent Memorandum was laid in Table
Office on 12 November 2013 in accordance with Standing Order 30A.2.
The motion was agreed in accordance with Standing Order
12.36.
