Standing order thresholds
The Future Senedd Committee, in line with its remit, considered and reported on the thresholds currently set in Standing Orders for the number of Members required for various purposes, including (but not restricted to) the formation of political groups, removal of office holders, and quorum.
The Committee published its report, ‘Review of Standing Order Thresholds’, on 28 February 2025.
The report made recommendations to the Business Committee, which they will review as part of their procedural work programme ahead of the Seventh Senedd.
