The Climate Change, Environment and Rural Affairs Committee (‘the Committee’) is undertaking an inquiry into air quality.
This work coincides with the Welsh Government’s consultation, The Clean Air Plan for Wales Healthy Air, Healthy Wales. The output from the Committee’s inquiry is intended to inform the development of the Welsh Government’s legislative proposals for a Clean Air Act for Wales, which are expected to be published before the end of this Senedd term.
The Committee would welcome your views on the Welsh Government’s legislative proposals relating to clean air, as outlined in its consultation, The Clean Air Plan for Wales Healthy Air, Healthy Wales, including:

Providing Written Evidence
