Purpose of the consultation
This was a joint consultation that fed into the work of both the Constitutional and Legislative Affairs Committee and the External Affairs and Additional Legislation Committee. The Committees agreed to work together to consider the implications of this Bill for Wales before producing separate outputs.
Both Committees welcomed views on:
- the treatment of devolution;
- the delegation of powers and their control; and
- the scrutiny processes and the role of the devolved legislatures.
The deadline for submissions was 10.00 Monday, 4 September 2017.
