The Chair Ann Jones MS sent her apologies. David Rees MS was appointed as temporary Chair in accordance with Standing Order 17.22 for the duration of the meeting.

 

The temporary Chair welcomed everyone to the meeting. Apologies were received from Dai Lloyd MS. There were no declarations of interest.

 

In accordance with Standing Order 34.19, the Chair stated that he had determined that the public were excluded from the Committee’s meeting in order to protect public health.
