Introductions, apologies, substitutions and declarations of interest Minutes: 1.1 The Chair welcomed Members to the meeting of the Culture, Communications, Welsh Language, Sport, and International Relations Committee. 1.2 In accordance with Standing Order 34.19, the Chair determined that the public were excluded from the Committee’s meeting in order to protect public health but that the meeting would be broadcast live on www.senedd.tv. 1.3 Apologies were received from Tom Giffard MS. Samuel Kurtz MS attended as a substitute. The Committee wished Tom Giffard all the best with his recovery and looked forward to welcoming him back soon. 1.4 In accordance with Standing Order 17.24A, Heledd Fychan MS, Carolyn Thomas MS, and Samuel Kurtz MS made declarations of relevant interests. |
