1.1        The Chair welcomed the Members to the meeting.

1.2        Apologise were received from Rhianon Passmore MS.

1.3        An oral declaration was made by Adam Price MS regarding his position as a Senedd Commissioner and that due to this, he would not participate in proceedings during the meeting that related to matters of the Commission.

3.1 The Committee took evidence from the Chief Executive and Clerk of the Senedd, the Senedd Commissioner responsible for Budget and Finance, the Senedd’s Director of Resources, and the Senedd’s Chief Finance Officer as part of its scrutiny of the Senedd Commission Annual Report and Accounts 2022-23.
