The Clerk opened the meeting in the absence of the Chair of the Committee, and
stated that Jane Hutt had been nominated as Temporary Chair. No objections were
received, therefore Jane Hutt was duly elected. |

The Temporary Chair welcomed Members to the meeting. 2.2
Apologies were received from David Rees and Michelle Brown. 2.3
Jane Hutt declared an interest as a Trustee of the Vale for Africa charity.
Steffan Lewis declared an interest as a Member of the Wales Centre for
International Affairs. Jenny Rathbone declared an interest as a patron of
Hayaat Women Trust. |
